Non-Authorized Use of Intellectual Property (AI Processing)
All concepts, strategies, mockups, drafts, and deliverables provided by Kelli O'Brien Creative Co. (the Consultant) during any engagement constitute proprietary intellectual property and confidential material. The Client is strictly prohibited from uploading, inputting, or feeding any materials provided by the Consultant into artificial intelligence (AI) models, Large Language Models (LLMs), or automated feedback tools.
A breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of confidentiality and may result in immediate termination of the project without a refund of fees paid.
Human-Centric Review & Feedback Milestones
To ensure the strategic integrity of this project, all feedback and revision requests must stem from the Client's direct, authentic business objectives and personal evaluation. The Consultant does not accept raw, unedited AI-generated feedback lists or automated LLM critiques. Feedback must be consolidated by the Client into clear, actionable, human-vetted points.
The submission of automated or AI-generated critique lists will delay project timelines and may incur additional administrative review fees.
